Operations Supervisor at Pacific Coast Producers

Pacific Coast Producers is hiring a full-time, on-site Operations Supervisor for its new Woodland, California distribution center. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the role oversees facility operations, employee training, warehouse functions, inventory control, logistics, shipping, production scheduling, records, safety, SOPs, and shift handovers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Operations Management or a related field or two or more years of food-processing or manufacturing management experience, along with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, computer, and leadership skills. The salary range is $70,500 to $80,000 per year, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
