The role oversees team processes, training, performance, targets, conflicts, timekeeping, customer-site process mapping, automation projects, and operational improvement initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, team-management experience, executive presentation experience, heavy-vehicle fleet or logistics process knowledge, KPI tracking skills, statistical analysis ability, and strong interpersonal skills.
