Description
The Operations Supervisor directly manages site-level workgroups and oversees safe, efficient, high-quality daily operations in an industrial facility. Responsibilities include enforcing safety and work procedures, monitoring productivity, coordinating labor and equipment, scheduling, communicating with leadership and other departments, and promoting safety and continuous improvement. The role requires fluent English, regular on-site attendance, physical work in extreme heat or cold, and the ability to work with chemicals, fumes, odors, and required personal protective equipment. The schedule is Monday through Friday day shift, with some weekends required, and benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, leave, training, and bonus opportunities.
