PSC Group is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations in a fast-paced industrial environment. The role oversees safety, regulatory compliance, process improvements, employee performance, personnel and equipment scheduling, customer relationships, and site growth opportunities. It requires supervisory or team-lead experience, industrial or related experience, strong communication and organizational skills, outdoor work in varying weather, and the ability to wear required PPE.
