Ro is hiring a full-time Operations Supervisor in Romeoville, Illinois to oversee pharmacy fulfillment operations and lead a team of pharmacy technicians. The role manages technician onboarding, training, scheduling, performance, order accuracy, pharmacy automation equipment, quality and regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates must obtain an Illinois Pharmacy Technician license and National Pharmacy Technician Certification within a defined timeframe, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, and have at least two years of people management experience in a high-volume operations environment. The position offers a target base salary of $56,500 to $65,000 plus equity and benefits.
