Description
The Operations Supervisor leads daily production and processing operations, oversees SOP compliance and Lean Manufacturing practices, develops employee training and succession plans, and drives continuous improvement using ERP, OEE, and production data. The role partners with Quality, Maintenance, Safety, and Continuous Improvement teams, supports safety and food-safety requirements, and reports to the Operations Manager. It requires a high school diploma, at least three years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing or food production, and is based in San Luis Obispo, California.
