Description
The Warehouse Supervisor manages and coordinates workers receiving, storing, distributing, and shipping products for multiple clients. The role oversees staffing, inventory control, shipping accuracy, carrier scheduling, regulatory compliance, safety, continuous improvement, and disciplinary actions, while also training employees and coordinating with transportation carriers. It requires a high school diploma or GED, 5+ years of experience or equivalent education and training, forklift certification, and strong organizational and interpersonal skills; Red Prairie experience or WMS experience is preferred. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with flexibility for additional time.
