ShipMonk is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead and manage a team of 25-30 ShipMonk Associates. This role involves communicating policies, maintaining compliance, using inventory management software, focusing on warehouse productivity and quality, reporting to upper management, improving processes, optimizing workflows, ensuring equipment maintenance, making critical decisions with the warehouse manager, training new associates, and overseeing sanitation. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations, supply chain, management, engineering, or a military honorably discharged NCO or higher, along with at least 2 years of supervisory experience and proficiency in inventory management software.
