Superior Communications is hiring a full-time, exempt Operations Supervisor for its La Vergne, Tennessee distribution center. The role supervises warehouse team members, coordinates production scheduling, manages labor and expenses, oversees quality control and shipping and receiving, and improves warehouse procedures. The day-shift schedule is Monday through Thursday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with a salary of $55,000 to $60,000. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, forklift training, English proficiency, at least two years of supervisory experience, and experience in shipping and receiving, manufacturing or distribution, and warehouse management systems.
