TeleSolv is seeking an Operations Supervisor to support a Government-operated equipment maintenance and logistics environment focused on Construction and Civil Engineering Support Equipment (CESE). The role oversees maintenance data and planned maintenance systems, coordinates operational tasking, tracks equipment usage, reports maintenance issues, supports supply personnel, trains maintenance personnel, coordinates with maintenance supervisors, manages technical manuals and inventories, maintains personnel qualifications, and prepares administrative documentation. The position requires prior Government equipment maintenance or logistics experience, CESE Table of Allowance familiarity, supply chain coordination experience, technical team leadership, maintenance systems knowledge, and strong supervisory and communication skills.
