The Vero Operations Supervisor will supervise and develop telecommunications technicians, accompany field teams, manage operational teams and targets, oversee property and POP adjustments, and support technical areas such as HR, occupational safety, equipment, and network changes. The role requires secondary education, fiber-optic installation experience, knowledge of DWM, data centers, OLTs, network opening, KMZ reading, and team leadership, along with clear communication.
