Description
The Operations Supervisor oversees 12–15 employees across campus departments, including dispatch, garage, patient transport, valet, cashier, and non-clinical medical staff. The role ensures safe and well-covered operations, monitors employee attendance and compliance, coaches staff, handles guest and client issues, escalates urgent matters, and provides shift summaries. The supervisor reports to the general manager and must be able to work independently, perform equipment checks, stand or kneel, walk around campus, lift at least 50 pounds, pass background and RMV checks, and have 1–2 years of supervisory experience.
