DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Operations Supervisor for Inventory & Quality Control on the first shift, Monday through Friday. The role leads and coordinates non-exempt inventory and quality teams, maintains accurate customer inventory records, supports quality assurance and regulatory compliance, monitors KPIs and corrective actions, and develops frontline associates. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least one year of operations, logistics, or staff-management experience, with preferred qualifications including logistics and staff-management experience. The national salary range is $62,500 to $70,000, with higher ranges for California and Washington.
