Ingram Content Group is hiring an Operations Supervisor to support its Distribution team in Roseburg, Oregon. The role oversees warehouse shift and department operations, analyzes performance indicators, resolves issues, manages payroll and HR records, interviews and trains associates, analyzes staffing needs, and issues progressive counseling. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, three years of fast-paced warehouse or related experience, two years of leadership experience, and six months of physical work experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a salary range of $74,353 to $94,011 and medical, prescription drug, HSA, vision, dental, and health care FSA benefits.
