Description
The Operation Supervisor oversees day-to-day field operations for Badger, including dispatching units, scheduling projects, client communication, operator onboarding and training, safety inspections and meetings, paperwork review, maintenance compliance, utility dig preauthorization, business development support, proposals, and occasional material delivery. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, supervisory experience, industry experience in underground utilities, trucking/fleet management, vacuum or pump trucks, waste, equipment rentals, or related fields, and strong organizational, computer, communication, and interpersonal skills. A valid CDL, mechanical skills, and sales experience are preferred.
