Description
The Operations Supervisor leads day-to-day multimodal transportation, supply chain, and contract logistics operations, supervising frontline associates and coordinating receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, dispatching, routing, and yard activities. The role is responsible for operational performance, safety, quality, customer service, compliance, problem-solving, continuous improvement, and team development in a fast-paced, 100% on-site environment. It requires a high school diploma or GED, forklift certification, at least three years of relevant warehouse, distribution, transportation, or supply chain experience, and the ability to work 8–12 hours per shift in physically demanding conditions.
