Dexterra Group is hiring an Operations Supervisor – Event Facilities Services to lead frontline cleaning teams supporting convention centres and arenas during event preparation, live events, venue turnovers, and post-event recovery. The role coordinates staff, assigns tasks, monitors cleaning standards and safety, responds to spills and emergencies, trains employees, manages supplies and waste, completes operational reports, and supports flexible event-driven schedules. A high school diploma is required, along with 3–5 years of supervisory experience in facilities management, janitorial operations, commercial cleaning, hospitality, public assembly, or a related environment.
