Alpine is hiring a field-based Operations Supervisor in the Greater Vancouver Area to lead frontline teams across multiple client sites. The role involves coaching employees, conducting site inspections and audits, managing staffing and budgets, resolving client and operational issues, maintaining compliance, and supporting maintenance and supply activities. It requires at least three years of experience leading teams in a multi-site operational environment and two years in commercial cleaning, facilities services, hospitality, or a similar service-focused industry, along with a valid driver's licence, clean driving abstract, and territory travel flexibility.
