LPE Sverige AB is hiring an Operations Supervisor to lead daily grounds maintenance and winter maintenance operations in Skövde. The role combines field presence with planning, resource and personnel coordination, production and quality follow-up, cost monitoring, safety and environmental compliance, customer dialogue, and operational decision-making during winter. The position requires construction, civil engineering, technology, or equivalent experience, at least two years of operational leadership or coordination experience, strong Swedish, digital business-system experience, and a Category B driving licence. It includes travel to the company’s Gothenburg head office and offers development opportunities toward Senior Operations Supervisor or Site Manager.
