Description
The Field Manager serves as Pike Engineering’s local liaison to clients, supervises or mentors design staff, coordinates project workflow, maintains client relationships, supports employee onboarding and performance management, approves timesheets, and may deploy during major storm events. The role requires strong organizational, communication, negotiation, decision-making, leadership, and customer-management skills, along with either a two-year engineering technology degree or five years of related communications or distribution experience.
