Description
The Waste Management Operations Manager will select, supervise, and train product-line employees; recruit, interview, hire, train, and discipline personnel; resolve customer complaints; manage driver scheduling, routes, collections, disposal, paperwork, inventory, and productivity; and lead safety programs, accident investigations, and safety meetings. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of supervisory experience or one year as a GFL Environmental Lead Driver, and prefers waste or transportation industry experience and truck-driving experience. GFL does not provide visa sponsorship.
