Description
The Operations Supervisor supports operational execution and store readiness by managing shipments, replenishment, stock organization, back-of-house standards, inventory accuracy, cleanliness, safety, and compliance. The role also leads and coaches associates, manages workforce actions, maintains visual merchandising standards, collaborates with cross-functional partners, and escalates operational issues. It requires retail experience, strong execution and attention to detail, the ability to work nights, weekends, and a flexible schedule, and physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform frequent bending, stretching, kneeling, walking, and prolonged standing.
