Mercado Envios is seeking a Distribution Center Operations Leader to lead distribution-center operations, inventory and quality routines, preventive loss-prevention planning, cross-functional problem solving, talent development, and regional process improvement. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, experience managing distribution centers and inventory and quality routines, and knowledge of AI; SQL, WMS, Power BI, 5S, lean manufacturing, PDCA, Kanban, and Anvisa-regulated-product management are desirable. The position is based in Greater São Paulo.
