MANE is hiring an Operations Supervisor for a night 2-2-3 rotation shift from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. The role oversees capsule-department employees, enforces safety, quality, GMP, and regulatory procedures, manages production activities, supports customer orders, and leads continuous improvement. The position requires supervisory experience, preferably in flavor manufacturing, along with knowledge of manufacturing equipment, supply chain activities, computer software, and mathematics.
