Arvato is hiring an Operations Supervisor for its new Wellingborough warehouse site on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role leads and develops warehouse and logistics teams, drives operational KPIs, manages staffing and performance, supports process improvements, ensures health and safety compliance, and produces operational reports. Candidates should have warehouse, logistics, or distribution leadership experience, strong people-management and communication skills, KPI experience, and familiarity with warehouse management systems; SAP and MHE-VNA knowledge are desirable. The salary is £35,090.16 per annum, Monday to Friday, with annual leave, pension, life assurance, employee discounts, and free parking.
