Amazon is hiring an Operations Supervisor/Process Assistant for the upcoming launch of a new Fulfillment Center in Moorebank. The role supports the Area Manager and may cover receive, stow, pick, pack, or ship processes, while also leading T1 Associates, conducting safety audits, monitoring KPIs, resolving process barriers, enforcing SOPs, and contributing to continuous improvement. Candidates need team-leadership experience, distribution-center or manufacturing experience, English communication skills, availability for 38+ hours per week and overtime, and computer and Microsoft Office experience.
