Description
Morebank is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor/Process Assistant for its Fulfillment Center. The role supports the Area Manager across inbound and other departments, including labor allocation, meeting leadership, coverage, attendance and ATS/labor-hour tracking, SOP compliance, associate performance feedback, operational excellence, workflow and production-goal support, safety coaching, and injury reporting. The position requires team leadership, inventory-management, communication, Microsoft Office, and availability for 38 hours or more per week plus overtime; direct management experience and Lean or performance-metrics experience are preferred.
