Description
Amazon is hiring an experienced Process Assistant for its Fulfillment Center in Dandenong on a day shift from 7am to 5pm. The role supports the Area Manager, covers inbound and other departments as needed, allocates labor, leads meetings, tracks attendance and labor hours, trains associates, verifies SOP compliance, monitors performance, participates in operational excellence, maintains a safe and organized work area, and refers job injuries to the Area Manager. The position requires a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays, at least 38 hours per week, previous team-leading experience, strong communication skills, and computer and Microsoft Office experience.
