Amazon is seeking an experienced Process Assistant to support the Area Manager at its Dandenong South fulfillment center on Wednesday through Saturday night shifts. The role covers pick, pack, or ship operations, labor allocation, meeting support, associate training, SOP compliance, performance tracking, operational excellence, safety, and injury reporting. Candidates need prior team-leadership experience, manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or large-retail experience, strong communication skills, availability for 38+ hours per week plus overtime, and computer and Microsoft Office experience.
