Description
The Operations Supervisor oversees a warehouse operations team responsible for safely and efficiently handling product through receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, inventory movement, and production-volume monitoring. The role manages daily workloads and staffing, conducts safety observations and incident reporting, supports associate relations and HR matters, mentors and coaches employees, participates in hiring, and helps implement process improvements. A bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, transportation, industrial engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required; leadership, safety, mentoring, and warehouse-management-system experience are preferred.
