Operations Supervisor, Works at Chrysalis

The Operations Supervisor directs, supervises, and supports street maintenance crews serving Chrysalis Works clients and Chrysalis Enterprises programs. The role includes daily crew supervision, shift coverage at customer sites, contract and customer-service follow-up, safety and equipment oversight, worker training, incident reporting, site inspections, and hands-on street maintenance such as graffiti and weed abatement, sweeping, landscaping, and pressure washing. The position requires flexible scheduling, strong leadership and communication skills, a valid Class C California driver’s license, physical ability to work outdoors for extended periods, and the ability to mentor transitional-jobs workers.
