The Ops Sup Analyst 1 is an entry-level Operations Support Analyst responsible for operations support, record and account maintenance, client reporting documentation, regulatory business requirements, project coordination, training, user acceptance testing, and client communication. The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, Core Banking experience, financial calculation and data validation knowledge, Microsoft Office proficiency, SQL and database query knowledge, strong organization and communication skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. The position operates in a 24*7 setting with flexible core night shifts and possible Saturday work.
