EVERSTAR is hiring an Operations Support Manager for a defense-sector equipment and electronic-solutions company. The role manages material provisioning, Jira and ERP task creation, document workflows, logistics, inventory, reporting, process improvement, SOP implementation, internal and external coordination, and supplier communication. Candidates should have operations-management experience, process-implementation experience, ERP and Jira experience, supply-chain knowledge, and strong communication and organizational skills. The position offers a flexible work format with up to 10 remote days per year, medical insurance after probation, and an office in Kyiv.
