RoukenBio is hiring an Operations Support Manager to manage and coordinate its Equipment Management and Inventory & Logistics functions, supporting scientific operations and customer work. The role oversees equipment lifecycle, maintenance, qualification, monitoring systems, suppliers, procurement, inventory, samples, logistics, import and export, quality compliance, health and safety, and operational performance. It also involves team leadership, recruitment, escalation management, and project delivery. The position offers a salary of £37,500 to £45,000, pension, holiday, flexible working, and other benefits.
