Description
ShipBob is hiring an Operations Support Manager to develop and support ShipBob’s SFN partner fulfillment centers. The role oversees site selection, partner vetting, launch planning, dashboard and WMS configuration, equipment setup, staff training, operational audits, KPI and SLA performance, issue resolution, and process improvement. It requires 3–5+ years of e-commerce fulfillment operations leadership experience, including managing 3PL relationships and opening new building sites, with approximately 90% on-site work near Bolingbrook, Illinois and travel to a partner site in Kenosha, Wisconsin. The position offers a base salary of $80,000–$85,000 plus discretionary bonus eligibility and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
