Meduit is hiring an onsite Operations Support Representative in Greensburg, Indiana, to support its Client Services team by processing time-sensitive documents, validating consumer requests, updating accounts, posting payments and adjustments, resolving discrepancies and disputes, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, Microsoft Office proficiency, accurate data-entry experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and confidentiality; healthcare revenue-cycle, billing, collections, insurance, HIPAA, FDCPA, and Epic experience are preferred. Compensation is $16.00 to $17.00 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA and FSA, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
