The role manages daily work, training, quality, performance, staffing, problem resolution, risk, compliance, and client experience, while serving as a backup manager and subject-matter expert. It requires 8–10 years of related business experience, at least one year of supervisory experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, strong leadership and communication skills, disputes-process knowledge, and availability for 24/7 shifts including late-night IST start times.
