Description
The Operational Support Shift Supervisor ensures that the on-site staff complement is supplied according to client contract requirements, manages a standby assignee pool, issues and monitors PPE use, briefs assignees on ACMS, client policies, health and safety, and labour relations, monitors attendance and timekeeping, investigates disciplinary incidents, and communicates with clients. The role requires industrial services experience in a coordinative or supervisory capacity, computer literacy with MS Office, and a Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualification.
