Vista Innovative Solutions is hiring a full-time, on-site Operations Support Specialist in San Antonio, Texas to support the JTS Enterprise Support contract. The role manages taskers and suspenses, maintains operational trackers and executive reports, supports working groups, coordinates internal and external stakeholders, and uses Microsoft collaboration tools. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 3–5 years of operations experience, enterprise coordination and reporting experience, a Secret clearance, and CAC eligibility; joint operations and military or DoD planning and exercise experience are preferred.
