Description
The Operations Manager supports the Operations Director and relevant Operations Superintendent in overseeing rig operations, planned maintenance, projects, HSE programs, KPI monitoring, downtime analysis, improvement actions, and coordination with Engineering, OEM, Supply Chain, and other support departments. The role requires at least three years of field or rig operations experience, one year of support experience in a relevant headquarters department, and a bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering or equivalent.
