Description
The Security Operations Manager manages a shift or segment of guarding operations across multiple sites, supervising field supervisors and other security personnel, inspecting posts, coaching employees, coordinating staffing and scheduling, reviewing reports, and supporting client and company operations. The role requires a valid driver's license, previous supervisory experience, an associate's degree or equivalent education and experience, and the ability to work regularly by vehicle and respond to emergencies.
