Toss CX is hiring an Operations Supporter to assist with simple, repetitive operational tasks that keep Toss products and services running smoothly. Responsibilities include checking customer information and application documents, entering data into internal systems, and supporting on-site facial-entry operations at concerts. The role is office-based by default, may require some off-site work, and is a short-term contract with varying contract periods.
