Daniel Defense is hiring an Operations Project Engineer 2 to lead industrialization projects from design release through product launch. The role coordinates cross-functional stakeholders, manages schedules and risks, maintains ERP manufacturing data, supports tooling and production readiness, leads readiness reviews, and improves manufacturing processes. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or project-management field, 2–5 years of manufacturing or industrialization experience, and the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
