The Operations Talent Development Manager will support the training, development, evaluation, and retention of operations leaders and staff across IDEA Public Schools. The role manages professional development programs, training content and catalogs, facilitation, logistics, data analysis, feedback, and continuous improvement, with up to 30% travel. It is a full-time in-person position based in Texas, with a salary range of $74,764 to $87,100 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
