Best Cheer Stone is hiring a full-time Operations Team Lead to support the manager in coordinating and improving department and organizational operations. The role supervises warehouse, procurement, sales, and customer-service activities; manages orders, inventory, transfers, shipments, freight, and intercompany processes; and coordinates with sales, logistics, accounting, and other departments. Candidates need at least one year of operations or relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, customer-service experience, basic computer skills, and strong organizational abilities.
