Description
The employer is seeking an Operations Team Lead / Program Manager to support production planning, delivery planning, supplier and subcontractor coordination, capacity and inventory management, ERP and operational process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, and commercial teams. The role requires experience in operations, production planning, or supply chain; manufacturing or technical production environments; ERP systems such as SAP, NAV, or Business Central; stakeholder coordination and project execution; and technical understanding of electronics, hardware, or industrial production. It is a full-time position in the Greater Copenhagen area with hybrid work flexibility.
