Description
Advanced Atomization Technologies, LLC is hiring an Operations Team Lead I or II to lead a manufacturing operations team of approximately 30–40 direct reports. The role manages daily operations, S&OP and logistical processing, lean enterprise systems, capacity and staffing analysis, standardized work, safety compliance, continuous improvement, and team performance. The position works 3rd-shift production hours from 10:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. and requires U.S. citizenship or permanent resident status.
