Dwelly is hiring an Operations Team Leader to manage a front-line team across Tenant Find, Property Management, and Payments, own daily output and key metrics, coach and develop Letting Negotiators, Property Managers, and Financial Analysts, protect service quality and compliance, and lead process and technology improvements. The role requires at least two years of experience in a high-growth, high-volume operation and one year leading a front-line team of five or more, with regular travel between branches and periodic visits to London HQ. Preferred locations are in the Midlands, and the role offers a competitive salary, performance-based bonus, and potential equity options.
