Buckland is hiring an Operations Team Leader to coordinate customs brokerage and logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, storage, customs entries, tariff classification, compliance, customer service, and team leadership. The role supervises 5–10 employees, assigns work, supports evaluations and training, monitors workloads and schedules, resolves escalated issues, and drives KPI and deadline performance. It requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of customs brokerage or logistics experience, intermediate Microsoft Office skills, strong organization and communication, and relevant customs knowledge; Spanish-English fluency is required for the US South Border role.
