The role supports frontline team members, mentors new employees, communicates between the team and management, monitors workflow and quality, facilitates team alignment, and helps resolve interpersonal or task-related issues. The position requires experience in a team environment, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments; leadership experience is preferred.
